Description: Join our 7 week Yoga Flow Series with Sarah, and explore the significance of each of the seven chakras every Sunday evening following a dynamic yoga practice of a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm.
Chakras are energy vortexes which have physical, psychological and spiritual functions; The seven chakras are located along the spine and each one is associated with a different set of organs and systems. Because chakras are directly associated with the physical, mental and emotional health of a person, whenever a chakra is disrupted or blocked, this can cause a disruption in energy, including the onset of mental and physical ailments. By working with Sarah each week, class participants will help to maintain a harmonious balance of their chakra system, and ultimately be left feeling in a state of harmony within oneself.
