Rachel is a certified AFAA fitness instructor and ACE personal trainer. She has been teaching various classes for over 15 years. She has taught anything from Turbokick, piyo, boot camp, tabata, and full body resistance training classes. Her philosophy with fitness is to incorporate our body, with our mind and when we do, there are infinite possibilities.
Rachel has ran multiple half marathons and competed in many fitness competitions. She is a special education teacher by day and a mom of two. She is currently studying to be a certified transformational nutrition coach.
