“After years of competitive sports & athletic training, I experienced overuse injuries with pain stemming from my back and hip. Through countless physical therapy sessions, chiropractor appointments, MRIs, yoga, and other holistic therapies, my pain never truly subsided. This frustrating experience spanned over 12 years; in 2021 I decided that I needed to find the root cause of my pain that was affecting my overall mobility and fitness limitations.
