As a group fitness instructor, certified nutrition coach, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist with two decades of experience, she helps people move better, feel stronger, and train without pain. While she’s coached everything from high-energy boot camps and cycling to Pilates and core stability, her greatest passion lies in corrective exercise and mobility-focused training. With a background in competitive running, triathlons, and top-ten national bikini fitness finishes, Megan brings elite-level knowledge into everyday training. Today, she channels that experience into thoughtful programming at Megaphone Fitness—where assessment-driven workouts, long-term health, and genuine relationships always come first.

Karen brings heart, rhythm, and relentless dedication to every class she leads at Megaphone Fitness as a passionate group fitness instructor. She genuinely loves helping people feel strong, confident, and supported, and finds her own therapy through dance fitness—using music and movement to work through pain, stress, and life’s challenges. As a nutrition coach, she understands the importance of holistic health in achieving personal goals.

Nicole is a certified spin instructor and a dedicated group fitness instructor who’s currently working toward her NASM Group Exercise certification. Driven by her passion for helping others grow stronger and more confident, she also has aspirations to become a nutrition coach. Outside the studio, Nicole enjoys traveling with her rescue dogs and has recently earned her WBFF Wellness Bikini Pro status—bringing both heart and high-performance energy into every ride she leads as a personal trainer.

Jenny is passionate about fitness and taking care of her body—physically, mentally, and psychologically. As a dedicated personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she loves pushing herself (and others) beyond perceived limits to achieve goals that once felt impossible. When she's not training, her puppies usually steal the spotlight, and she talks about them like the very real humans they are. In her downtime, you’ll find her tackling DIY projects around the house or experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, all while considering her role as a nutrition coach—because growth should happen everywhere, not just in the gym.
