Coach’s Choice – Who’s the boss?! Let your coach guide you through a workout of their choice, from strength training to body weight functionality, this 30 minute class will leave you guessing each week what exciting exercises the coach will come up next with!

Spin Circuit Express – This 25 minute express class combines the power of both a traditional spin class with high intensity circuits on and off the bike for the ultimate cardiovascular workout.

Megaphone Power – You’ve got the Power! Improve your strength and conditioning with a class completely dedicated to major muscle weight lifting and power moves.

SPIN – Enjoy the benefits of both a lower body strength training and cardio workout, coupled with great music and a team ride mentality. Ride along to the beat and burn up to 500 calories a class!

Spin Burn: Bring the burn, with Spin Burn; one of our most popular classes! This workout not only gives you all the low impact, lower body benefits of a traditional indoor cycling class, but safely and effectively incorporates low weight, high rep upper body exercises into the class for a balanced, total body workout.

Spin Core: Sweat guaranteed, through the core! This 40-minute spin class finishes off with 10 minutes of a variety of abdominal exercises in order to improve your cycling stability and balance.

Spin “Yassa Flow”: YASSSSS for more flexibility! Get all the benefits of a traditional all-terrain indoor cycling class, followed by 20 minutes of a Vinyasa Flow Yoga infused cool down.

Quick Core Crush – This 30 minute express class will leave you sweaty through the core, with a variety of abdominal moves that ‘crush’ every angle!
