BOOTY CAMP – is centered around building a firm booty and creating a strong, toned core just in time for swimsuit season. The class is designed around utilizing bands, free weights, and your own body weight to create a burn that will leave you with results! While the main focus is our booty and abs; this class is a total body workout, so come prepared to feel the burn and sweat!
CYCLE – Enjoy the benefits of both a lower body strength training and cardio workout, coupled with great music and a team ride mentality. Ride along to the beat and burn up to 500 calories a class!
CYCLE CORE – Enjoy the benefits of both a lower body strength training and cardio workout, coupled with great music and a team ride mentality. Ride along to the beat and burn up to 500 calories a class! The last ten minutes of this class we will hit the main studio to finish up with an abdominal workout.
MEGPHONE IRON – Get ready to pump some iron! Each week we will focus on a different part of the body to train with weights.
MEGAPHONE MAYHEM – This class puts your athleticism to the test. From burpees to bear crawls, we create a non-stop agility series of functional exercises to keep you moving. The benefits of this workout helps to increase flexibility, coordination, as well as improving balance and reducing your risk of injury.
TRX PILATES – By using the TRX body suspension straps for support, join us for a full body Pilates workout that will have you feeling stretched, strengthened, and sweaty. Pilates is an amazing mind-body exercise series, similar to YOGA, that focuses solely on the benefits of a strong core and regaining the body’s natural spinal alignment, and fully incorporates the outer limbs of the body through the process.
TRX TURN UP – Using only your body weight, this suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously as you work up a sweat!
TRX TABATA – Suspension training with Cardio Intervals! Develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all while incorporating quick cardio sets to really get that heart rate going!
TRX w/ a SPIN – Combining suspension training with cycle class! Get a full body resistance workout and then finish off by building your overall endurance on the Spinning® bike.
STRENGTH – Overall weight training from head to toe! Gain STRENGTH, increase your metabolism, and burn more calories even after class is over!
