Core Fusion – This workout will combine the core control of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, and give you a flow of all different abdominal moves for the ultimate core strength workout.

BodyLIIFT – High intensity interval workout, but this time you’re adding the iron! Lift with Jenny in short and fast paced intervals.
TRX TABATA – Suspension training with Cardio Intervals! Develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all while incorporating quick cardio sets to really get that heart rate going!
ELEVATE: Our ELEVATE class is a unique group exercise concept, completely manifested by a need to bring all aspects of healthy body, mind, and soul into ONE class. Join us as we combine our physical and spiritual connection, leaving this power hour with an elevated vibration. This class consists of a full body, HIIT type workout, transitioning into stretching, meditating, and journaling. All fitness levels are welcome and journals will be provided. This Elevate series is open only to pre-registered and unlimited members. $20 drop in rate for all other members.
