Total Body TIRE-D: Time to Flip out over this 150lb TIRE workout! This total body workout will have you sweatin’ as you flip, jump, and push a tractor tire around the studio. All levels.
TRX TURN UP – Using only your body weight, this suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously as you work up a sweat!
SPIN BAND – Combination of spin and resistance band training
