Class Descriptions

BALLS TO THE WALL: This total body workout combines the use of physio balls, slam balls, and medicine balls to keep you rolling through the ultimate Balls to the Wall class!

CYCLE – Enjoy the benefits of both a lower body strength training and cardio workout, coupled with great music and a team ride mentality. Ride along to the beat and burn up to 500 calories a class!

CYCLE n CORE – Cycle with us in the SPIN studio for 40 mins and finish up with a 10 min abdominal shred circuit!

IRON BODY: Weight lifting is one of the best ways to strengthen your muscles and keep those calories buring, even after class is done. Join us for IRON BODY, a strength training class that covers major muscle groups for all levels.

Total Body TIRE-D: Time to Flip out over this 150lb TIRE workout! This total body workout will have you sweatin’ as you flip, jump, and push a tractor tire around the studio. All levels.

TRX TURN UP – Using only your body weight, this suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously as you work up a sweat!

SPIN BAND – Combination of spin and resistance band training

STRENGTH – Overall weight training from head to toe! Gain STRENGTH, increase your metabolism, and burn more calories even after class is over!

HOT YOGA: Join our new instructor, Olivia, for a limited 6 weeks series of HOT YOGA starting Nov 8th.

The season is getting colder and nights a little darker, so what better way to wind the week down by warming up in our studio with a mindful workout
