SPIN TABATA Fast paced and fun! Join us for a workout that gets your body working on and off the bike; a back and forth combination of body weight functional exercises into different drills and skills on the bike all in 4 minute sweaty intervals.

MEGAPHONE KNOCKOUT Cardio Kickboxing with the Megaphone KO! Join us to jab, hook and kick your way into a workout that will be sure to keep you on your toes!

CORE FUSION This workout will combine the core control of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, and give you a flow of all different abdominal moves for the ultimate core strength workout.

TRX TABATA – Suspension training with Cardio Intervals! Develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all while incorporating quick cardio sets to really get that heart rate going!

SPIN – Enjoy the benefits of both a lower body strength training and cardio workout, coupled with great music and a team ride mentality. Ride along to the beat and burn up to 500 calories a class!

ROCK BAND – Grab some weights and resistance bands, we are putting together the ultimate total body ROCK BAND workout! Get both the benefits of strength training and control of the resistance bands in a series of upper & lower body workout combinations that will leave you sweating like a true Rockstar.

IRON BODY – This is a total body weight lifting class designed for all levels. Weight lifting benefits include increased strength and bone density, improves blood circulation and metabolism, and overall lowers your chances for inflammation and chronic diseases.

HUMP DAY – What day is it?! Kick your booty workout up a notch with this lower body focused class. Strengthen with squats, lunge and lift your tush, and then finish with proper hip opening stretches to leave your legs thanking you all week long!

TRX TONE UP – Combine total body resistance exercises with weights to achieve the best of both strength training worlds!
