All group exercises classes are designed to cater all fitness levels. 

A.B.C. (Arms, Booty, Core) This class may not be as easy as saying you’re ABC’s, but we’ve got you covered from head to toe! Improve your strength and conditioning with a class completely dedicated to your bi’s, tri’s, glutes and abdominals, as you continue to challenge your weightlifting goals.  

TRX Strong: This 30-minute total body resistance training class combines weightlifting exercises in between TRX sets that will activate all your major muscle groups, leaving you feeling strong and sweaty!

Spin Burn: Bring the burn, with Spin Burn; one of our most popular classes! This workout not only gives you all the low impact, lower body benefits of a traditional indoor cycling class, but safely and effectively incorporates low weight, high rep upper body exercises into the class for a balanced, total body workout.

Spin Core: Sweat guaranteed, through the core! This 40-minute spin class finishes off with 10 minutes of a variety of abdominal exercises in order to improve your cycling stability and balance.

Spin “Yassa Flow”: YASSSSS for more flexibility! Get all the benefits of a traditional all terrain indoor cycling class, followed by 20 minutes of a Vinyasa Flow Yoga infused cool down.

Total 30: Total body in just 30 minutes! This interval training class mixes cardio, body weight resistance and weightlifting exercises focusing on all the major muscle groups.

MEGAPHONE TAPOUT Cardio Kickboxing with the Megaphone KO! Join us to jab, hook and kick your way into a workout that will be sure to keep you on your toes!

SPIN – Enjoy the benefits of both a lower body strength training and cardio workout, coupled with great music and a team ride mentality. Ride along to the beat and burn up to 500 calories a class!
